I like Napanee. I like the linear jumble of pretty buildings and styles along its rejuvenated main street, which seems to me the very epitome of small-town eastern Ontario (and I mean that in a good way), and I like how the town hugs the banks of the Napanee River. That river reminds me of the places in England that I used to fish as a boy. And I particularly like the town’s handsome collection of substantial and well-preserved redbrick homes. Today I was lucky enough to list one of those homes.
